Each rug is wrapped and dispatched individually — there is no warehouse, no batch shipping. Every piece leaves rolled in protective cloth and travels to you via a tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping to the United States is complimentary on all orders. For all other destinations, shipping cost is confirmed at the time of enquiry — we will always tell you the amount before you commit to anything.
We understand that buying a rug without standing on it is an act of trust. If a piece does not work in your space, return it within 14 days of delivery and we will collect it — no questions asked.
