SoldThe rug that stops people in the doorway. It is where the children build things, where the dog picks a corner, and where the room quietly stops being beige.
An ivory ground crossed by a full diamond lattice in a spectrum of color — purple, blue, green, pink, orange. No two lozenges are the same. The structure is precise; the color is anything but restrained.
One woman wove Najat, once, from what she had and what she remembered. When she is gone, she is gone.
