The rug in motion — pile, pattern and scale. No sound.
Tilila
1 AvailableNot every room wants a conversation. Some want the quiet floor under the loud life — wide enough for the whole sofa to stand on, soft enough to sit down on and lean back against.
A warm grey field flecked with natural undyed tones, punctuated by groups of black tally-mark stripes that march down the rug like a woven score. Black end-stripes close the composition. Graphic and quiet at once.
There is one Tilila. One woman wove her, once, and those tally marks were counted by hand, not printed. She will not be repeated.
